Nachtmann PC operates the FBA 1 Protocol under a strict "Zero-Retention" mandate. We are designed to process, not to store. This architectural decision fundamentally neutralizes standard privacy risks associated with global data retention. When you upload a payload to our terminal:
By interacting with the Service, you acknowledge that Nachtmann PC (a Washington, USA based entity) acts strictly as a data processor for the ephemeral analysis of B2B payloads. Because we retain zero user payload data post-execution, we inherently comply with the core data minimization principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
International Data Transfers: Users transmitting data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other global jurisdictions consent to the temporary, ephemeral routing of their payloads to our US-based Google Cloud infrastructure strictly for the duration of the compute cycle.
All financial routing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Stripe Inc. Nachtmann PC does not collect, process, or store full credit card numbers, bank account details, or continuous billing data on our own infrastructure. Payment metadata (such as the transaction ID and receipt email) is securely passed via webhook solely to confirm Gas Fee authorization.
To provide enterprise-grade compute, we utilize infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI. Your payloads are processed within GCP's secure US-Central environments subject to Google Cloud's enterprise data processing addendums, which explicitly prohibit the use of enterprise API data for training baseline AI models.
