Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the strict parameters for deploying payloads to the Nachtmann PC FBA 1 Protocol. Violation of these terms will result in immediate network bans, forfeiture of any paid Gas Fees, and autonomous reporting to relevant federal or global authorities.

1. Global Sanctions & Trade Compliance

The FBA 1 Protocol operates out of the United States. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of an entity located in, a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions of Ukraine). Furthermore, the Service may not be accessed by individuals or entities listed on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals (OFAC), the UK sanctions list, the EU consolidated list, or United Nations sanctions lists.

2. Prohibited Payloads (Defense & Export Risk)

Our infrastructure operates on commercial, globally-accessible cloud nodes. You are strictly prohibited from transmitting, uploading, or routing any document that contains:

• ITAR/EAR Technical Data: Any information regulated by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations.
• Classified Material: Any data designated as Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret by the Department of Defense (DoD), NATO, or any global intelligence agency.
• Unencrypted CUI/PII: Controlled Unclassified Information or raw, unmasked Personally Identifiable Information (e.g., medical records, full consumer financial profiles) that falls outside standard B2B commercial contracting parameters.
• Malware/Exploits: Any payload containing executable logic, viruses, trojans, or cryptographic lock-bombs designed to exhaust our compute limits.

Liability Transfer: By interacting with the terminal, the User acknowledges full civil, federal, and international liability for the classification and transmission clearance of their data prior to routing.

3. Infrastructure Abuse

Nachtmann PC provisions raw API compute cycles to generate our diagnostics. The following actions constitute commercial infrastructure abuse:

• Automated scraping of the web terminal or attempts to bypass the Stripe checkout gateway.
• Submitting intentionally corrupted payloads (e.g., zip bombs, recursive PDFs) designed to trigger a Denial of Wallet (DoW) attack against our cloud billing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the prompt architecture or system instructions of the Vertex AI logic engine.

4. Enforcement & Mitigation

We monitor network traffic at the edge layer to protect our infrastructure. If an AUP violation is detected, the system will autonomously terminate the connection, purge the payload without generating a report, and blacklist the origin IP and Stripe payment profile. No refunds are issued for payloads rejected due to AUP violations.
